Send us your press releases for your events. We want everyone to know about the great work you are doing to help build a healthy community.
Examples of events to send
- Fundraisers: Send pre- and post-event press releases with photos
- Committee kick-off: Send pre-event press release and any special advisories
- Major sponsor meets with Event Chair or Executive Director: Send pre-event press release
- Check presentations, ribbon cutting, ground breaking, etc.: Send post-event press release with photos
Submission Guidelines for KeepAustinGiving.org
- Answer the 5W’s: who, what, when, where,why
- Include five to seven low-resolution photos (under 1mb) with no more than than four people per shot, with names from left to right
- Send all press releases and photos to rgodwin@stdavidsfoundation.org
General Guidelines for Photo Submission
Print Submissions
- Send items to publication within two weeks of event.
- Send high-resolution photos, with file sizes greater than 1mb.
- Include names from left to right. Photos without names will not get published.
Web Submissions
- Send items to publication within two weeks of event.
- Send low-resolution photos, with file sizes less than 1mb.
- Include names from left to right. Photos without names will not get published.
