Any Baby Can Rockin’ Roundup
The annual Any Baby Can Gala had the Austin Music Hall buzzing. Friends and fans of ABC created a two-block traffic jam when they arrived as a group for an evening of “Kicking it Up.” Once inside, they found a wealth of treasures in the silent auction and plenty of friends to compete with for the treasures. There was lots of early attention to the wine toss which featured some outstanding selections. Canapés by Pascal’s whetted appetites for the buffet later with music by Unleashed getting the rhythm started. Serving as emcee was Ron Oliveira of KEYE TV. His professional presence kept the program rolling with Rick Trevino providing a superlative concert to finish the evening.
The Rockin’ Roundup is the main fundraiser for the year for Any Baby Can. Proceeds from the event will help ABC continue its mission of “improving the lives of children by strengthening them and their families through education, therapy and family support services.”
